This large plot of land is situated in the area of Remetzo and is 22,000 square metres in size. The plot consists of several smaller units which are available separately. See section below the images for a detailed breakdown.

10,000 square metres situated right by the sea are available for 45,000 euros per 1,000 square metres.

The remaining 12,000 square metres are available for 30,000 euros per 1,000 square metres.

Please note that as this plot is situated outside city limits a minimum of 4,000 square metres are required in order to obtain a building permit.
