We have enjoyed the services provided by Kefalonia New Homes for over five years, and would like to share our experience with other people who may choose to use their services.
From the outset, we have experienced a warm, open and transparent working relationship without any pressure on us to do anything we felt uncomfortable with or hurried timescales. We have been encouraged to move at our own pace and use Kefalonia New Homes to do as much or as little as we wanted.
Throughout the whole process, we have been kept fully informed of our options and all the regulations which apply when building, starting with their support and assistance to purchase our land, gaining our building permit, working with the Architect and Civil Engineer to design our future home.
We have been able to track all building activity via informative emails from Chris as well as from a rapidly growing library of pictures placed on a Picasa Web site, which lets us see work in progress on a regular basis. Through regular contact with Chris, we have been able to discuss relevant matters and have information and estimate pricing to enable us to decide what we can afford to have done at that time. This process has left us feeling that we are in control of the building work from our remote position in the UK and this has given us reassurance that everything is going as planned.
On a final note, we have complete faith in the integrity and competence of Kefalonia New Homes and would give them our unsolicited and unreserved trust and confidence in delivering our project to very high satisfactory standards. We have also been to see a number of other properties they have built or are in the process of completing, and there is ample evidence to justify our comments. The attention to detail and quality is excellent and we would advise anyone considering a build to talk to Chris and be assured of the quality of their service.
